most ai chat tools for shopify price by the message, or by a tier you eventually outgrow. norle does not. it is $19 a month, flat. here is the reasoning, written down so you can hold me to it.

per-message pricing punishes growth

a per-message price sounds fair until you read it twice. it means the better your store does, the more conversations you have, the more you pay. you get charged for the exact outcome you were hoping for.

it also makes your bill impossible to plan. a busy month and a slow month should not produce two different invoices for the same software.

flat is a promise, not a tier

$19 is the same number whether norle answers ten chats this month or ten thousand. a store doing forty orders a week can put it in a spreadsheet and forget about it.

that predictability is the product, as much as the chat widget is. norle is built for small and mid-sized shopify stores, and those stores need a number that does not move.

what this costs me

honestly, a busy store costs me more to serve than a quiet one. flat pricing means i carry that, not you. i would rather have a thousand small stores that trust the bill than a pricing page that quietly taxes success.
